I felt more than adequately prepared for the rigors of SFAS. Session 9 from the plan calls for: I don’t really have a recommendation here just kind of curious to the need of 16 Mile and 18 Mile rucks.

I really wouldn’t worry too much about the big lifts, except for the press, or push press, weighted pull-ups, and rucking, selection is mostly conditioning, and matrix reasoning, and you have to have a good work capacity to lift logs over your head over and over again, as well as team events.

I found the speed of my runs and rucks orogram increase much throughout the program, but I definitely feel that it built a solid base ready for some future speed work. Thank you so much. Can I print out sessions to take to the gym? You are encouraged to do it before purchasing. I was able to continue performing long into the course when so many of my peers began to deteriorate.
